Welcome to Villa Jeruk 1, charming villa, cottage style with its private pool and lush tropical garden.This villa has been designed to give you the “Real Bali” feel and ambiance. Your own private paradise in a very convenient location, Umalas, 10 minutes from Canggu & Echo Beaches, 10 minute drive to Seminyak area famous for all its beautiful restaurants and shopping.
Quiet and peaceful, Villa Jeruk 1 offers all the services you may need as free unlimited wi-fi throughout the villa, cable TV, Flat screens and DVD players in bedroom. Also our lovely maid Nengah, will make sure you can fully relax and will pamper you during your stay. Built by an Australian architect, Villa Jeruk 1 combines contemporary style together with a real Balinese touch with old carved doors and windows which will give you both an exotically and European sense of comfort.
2 large bedrooms equipped with flat screen smart TV, will ensure you a relaxing stay. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub. From cooking breakfast, or simple lunch, cleaning the house, taking care of your laundry and even baby-sitting (extras); staff is professionally dedicated to guests personal relaxation and comfort.
Villa Jeruk 1 offers a large open living area, overlooking your infinity pool as well as lush tropical garden. It also has a private/separate dining area on top of a charming fish pond with beautiful Koi Carp and Bali Turtles.
Boasting lush tropical gardens plus a beautiful pool and bale. A fabulous place to spend your days. A large lounge area to sit and spend quality time with family and friends. Fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. An antique dining table that can seat 8 people. Both bedrooms have king size beds or 2 single beds if you request it and are fitted with quality linen; tastefully decorated with that beautiful Bali feeling.

Guest Access
Our guests have access to the whole property without any restrictions. Check in and check out are flexible as long as there is no other guests before or after you.
Interaction with Guests
Our driver will be at the airport to pick you up and help you with your luggage. Upon arrival we will be here to meet and greet and explain you how the villa works while our staff will prepare you a nice refreshment.
We have a “villa book” with a lot of information in it regarding your villa but also Bali in general as places of interest, good restaurants and bars as well as shopping centers, spa salons…etc.
The Neighborhood
5mn from Seminyak, 10mn to Berawa beach and also only 5mn to the famous Canggu Club with all its facilities (tennis courts, gym, bowling alley, soccer field, splash park and bounce park – not to mention it’s cafes and restaurants). Restaurants, cafes, mini markets are at a walking distance from the villa.
Getting Around
We can easily help you hire motorbikes, car, taxi during your stay or organize a driver or a Chef on demand should you require so. We also offer lots of extra activities and tours to visit and have fun in Bali.
Other Things to Note
Villa is very quiet and well located. Villa Jeruk 1 is situated in the same private street as this Villa and offers the same facilities / services – hence allowing ample space for 2 families to come and enjoy a stress free holiday.

Low Season 2,160,000 IDR per night NOW 1,620,000 IDR
High Season 3,200,000 IDR per night NOW 2,400,00 IDR

High season from 3rd – 14th April, 1st July until 31st August and 15th December until 15th January
