Vintage Javanese 4 bedrooms villa spread on 1100 sqm, was build and design on 2007. Garden pool view located only 1km from famous berawa beach.

Sejopiri Villa is situated in Gang Jalak No 7 Tibubeneng Kuta Utara. It’s only 8 minutes away from Atlas, the biggest beach club in Bali and only short away from fancy Boutique, café and restaurant.

This villa is managed by reliable housekeeping who can prepare breakfast every day, take care of laundry, keep the villa clean and help with all your needs during your stay.

The garden and pool are also taken care of by people who are experts in their field, who guarantee that everything is really well maintained.

A part of the building on the ground floor is a main of big enclosed living area. Fully equipped kitchen on the corner, your view will be spoiled by a classic piano and vintage Javanese furniture.

All bedrooms are spacious with en-suite bathroom design in a very classic design. All bedrooms are fitted with high quality bedding and linen to ensure and guarantee your rest full sleep. The master bedroom up stair equipped with office space. 3 bedrooms in the same building and another one is next to each called Joglo.

Sejopiri villa is also provided with TV Room on the first floor, equipped with network TV, library, sofa bed, this area can be set up as bedroom using sofa bed.

The last part but not the least, Sejopiri Villa has a large private parking area.

GUEST ACCESS

Guest have access to the whole part of the property.

INTERACTION WITH GUEST

The staff is working in the villa from 8AM – 4PM. Upon arrival or the first day of arrival one of the team from the management will come to meet and greet the guest, assist their needs and solving complains.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Berawa beach, restaurants and shops only 5 minutes by scooter you will find it so relaxing taking strolls on very quiet road, away from crazy, busy Seminyak! Would you like surfing? Beaches near the villa have some great waves. You will be next to some of the best surfing spots in Canggu. Also only a 400m walk on a very quiet road is a “fisherman village beach” – hence very quiet and again bringing you a real Bali feel.

Should you wish to seek more “action” in Seminyak, a $9 taxi ride would take you there in 15mins. Our staff would be more than happy to organize the taxi for you.

GETTING AROUND

Motorbike rental, start at around IDR 85,000. For those who prefer taxi, our staff at the villa would be happy to help you.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

1. The TV Room can turn into a 5th bedroom equipped with sofa bed.
2. It has an classic piano ready to be played.

Monthly Rate
