The Space

Villa Bali Caviar is a large relaxing family Villa in a quiet Seminyak location, away from the hustle and bustle of the central shopping area, whilst being a short distance to the best shopping, restaurants, and beaches Bali has to offer. The Villa offers quality holiday accommodation at an affordable price, in a two bedroom configuration for 4 persons, or a 3/4 bedroom configuration for 12+ persons.

The Villa

The ground floor two bedroom configuration consists of two (2) air conditioned king size bedrooms with full ensuites each, which is very suitable for friends and couples. The bedrooms open onto the main living area which hosts a modern kitchen, a dining area for 8 persons, and a distributed lounge area, including satellite TV facilities, adjacent to the external pool and main garden Balinese bale area. The main bedroom includes a large private lounge area with satellite TV, which opens onto a private patio overlooking the pool area.

The gorgeous turquoise blue private pool in the Villa garden compound has a Balinese bale at one end of the pool for relaxing in the middle of the day out of the sun, and also has four sun lounges on the sandstone pool surround for an enjoyable time in the sun.

A private powder room is also available adjacent to the main garden bale and pool.

Need extra space for a large family, kids, or a larger group, then the upper level of the Villa could well meet your requirements when added to the lower level facilities. The upper level has a third bedroom with two double beds with a single bunk above each to accommodate up to six persons, with a large ensuite with bath.

There is also a separate large lounge area with TV, DVD and X-Box facilities, with a sofa bed and six bean bag chairs to relax on.

For those guests with young children, a portable cot, high chair, and swimming pool fencing are available as no cost options to provide guests with added peace of mind.

The Villa can accommodate up to 12+ persons in a spacious Villa within a private walled compound which is accessible to all guests.

The Location

Seminyak Beach is Bali’s most fashionable area, home to luxurious resorts and host to a number of fine restaurants and boutiques. Fashion stores and top dining spots with international chefs cooking up world class cuisine line the streets, from Jalan Pettitenget to Jalan Kayu Aya.

Seminyak offers some of the most glorious beaches in Bali, so make sure you catch the legendary sunsets and enjoy the tranquil beauty on offer.

The Villa is located down a small “gang” off Jalan Bidadari II. Which is far enough away from the main roads to be quiet, but close enough to be within walking distance of the Sunset Shopping centre, which hosts a large supermarket, numerous western style eateries which the children often find to their liking (i.e Burger King, Pizza Hut), as well as the shopping and restaurants on Jalan Raya Seminyak, and Jalan Oberoi.

The Sun Shoot Restaurant & Bar on Jalan Bidadari I, within 100 metres of the Villa, has a large range of good quality Indonesian and Western food (including an Australian BBQ menu) on offer, as well as icy cold Bintangs, wine and cocktails, at good prices 7 days a week, and will deliver to the Villa if required.

Jalan Bidadari I also hosts a range of convenience stores, local eateries, as well as a Spa for convenient massage, pedicure, manicure etc.

The Staff

Looking for staff who speak English? Then Villa Bali Caviar is a good choice for you. Staff include two housekeepers, who can cook on request, a gardener, a poolman visits regularly, with a Villa Supervisor on call as required.

Getting Around

The easiest way to get around is by rented motorbike. Motorbikes can be rented through the Villa Management for a nominal daily rate. Taxis are readily available on Jalan Bidadari I (Sun Shoot Restaurant will also call a taxi if required) or by phone.
