About Villa Leoli
Villa Leoli includes a large beautiful open-plan lounge, a dining and kitchen overlooking the swimming pool with its shallow waters. A great place to watch the kids play! If you wish, we can put a pool fence for your baby kids (extra).
The dining table and lounge are big enough to seat 10 adults comfortably. There are also perfect places to entertain. Our property includes 4 stunning bedrooms, each fitted with quality linen. There are 3 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 single beds in the 4th bedroom that can also be converted into a single king size bed.
Upstairs bedroom, there are 2 bedrooms, each have there own bathrooms and sunset terraces. Ideal for morning coffees or quiet sunset drinks. The 2 downstairs bedrooms share a beautiful appointed bathroom which includes a large bath. Great for the family. All bedrooms have smart flat screen TVs.

Two housekeepers
Dewi and Lia are dealing with daily chores in the villa from 8 a.m to 4 p.m. They will provide new towels, clean the villa and prepare the breakfast (optional). They are professionals, doing their job discreetly and seriously.
One Gardener/Swimming pool expert
Wayan works discreetly in order to maintain the beautiful garden (part-time). A swimming pool expert will pass by the villa 2/3 times a week, around 9 a.m.
The Neighborhood
This new stylish property is fully equipped and designed with high standard furniture. Nestled in a quite location surrounded by rice fields, and only 15 min drive to Seminyak area, famous for all its beautiful restaurants and shopping spaces. Only five minutes to Canggu & Echo Beach, known for sunset walk or early morning surf.
